These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our limousine services. By booking and using our services, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
2. Service Description
We provide luxury limousine transportation services, including but not limited to airport transfers, corporate travel, weddings, proms, and other special events.
3. Booking and Payments
Reservations: Bookings can be made via phone, email, or our website. All reservations require confirmation.
Deposits: A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your reservation.
Payment: Full payment must be made before service is rendered unless prior arrangements are agreed upon.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least one week before the scheduled service to avoid charges. Cancellations within 72 hours will incur a fee up to 100% of the booking cost. Game Day Reservations are NON-REFUNDABLE.
4. Service Terms
Wait Time: Complimentary wait time is provided as follows: 15 minutes for standard pickups and 30 minutes for airport pickups. Additional wait time may be charged.
Overtime Charges: Any overtime beyond the agreed schedule will be charged at an hourly rate.
No-Show Policy: Failure to show up at the agreed time and location without notice will result in a full charge.
Passenger Conduct: Passengers must behave respectfully. Excessive mess, smoking, or illegal activities are prohibited and may result in service termination without refund.
5. Vehicle Damage and Liability
Passengers are responsible for any damages caused to the vehicle by themselves or their guests.We are not responsible for lost or stolen items left in the vehicle.
6. Safety and ComplianceSeat belts must be worn at all times.Drivers reserve the right to refuse service if safety is compromised.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances. Refunds are not provided for such delays.
8. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for service interruptions due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, or government actions or acts of God.
9. Privacy Policy
We collect and store personal data to facilitate bookings. Your information is never sold or shared without consent, except as required by law.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Mississippi. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Mississippi.
